  They provide excellent service here. I was in and out in about 30 minutes to file my taxes and this was my first time using H & R Block. Kiara Venancio was the tax associate who helped me out and she made the whole process very easy to understand and it was a pleasant experience. However their prices are way too high but that's to be expected when using a tax preparer such as this. The high price is the reason they lost one star from me, but overall great service.

  After being with a few other companies that have commercials on TV I decided to call Elite. Seann's well known in my family and in Madera as great man and business man. Seann was able to shop around through different companies to get me a great deal. Even though I now live in Clovis I still do business with Seann all these years later. He has helped me tremendously. When ever I have a question or when my yearly policy is about to expire, a quick phone call to ask if he can look into making sure I'm getting the best deal is all it takes. I have my home, vehicles and my husbands classic car and Harley policies with Elite and I've always been satisfied. I love that when you call, you're not just talking to a representative in another state and transferred over and over. I actually take to my personal agent Seann that knows my exact situation. I recently sold my home and we we are buying another one and he's made this whole transition just one less headache I've had to deal with. I also love that when I call, he really cares and even asks how my husband and children are. That's a personal touch that you won't get with those "big" companies. Thanks Seann and the Elite staff!

• Review of "Madera County Superior Court" at Madera

  The new courthouse is absolutely beautiful, easy to navigate, and has a nice, big parking garage with plenty of parking spaces. I've been here a few times and have had nothing but positive experiences with the people that work here. I've also seen a couple of the judges at work and feel that they are very knowledgable, fair, and respectful. My only complaint is the bench seats inside the courtrooms, which are quite uncomfortable, especially for long periods of time. The courthouse is designed quite nicely and is worth a visit, just for the architecture alone.

• Review of "AAA Madera" at Madera

  A few months ago I visited the office for DMV business as usually the staff is great and I was quickly on my way. About four days later I received a letter from the AAA office. To my surprise I had lost my AAA card in the parking lot. Someone turned it into the office and the great staff mailed it to me. I had no idea I had lost it! Thank you to everyone in the Madera office for continuing to exceed my expectations!
